What is The Whisky Works? +

The Whisky Works is a boutique blending and small-batch bottling house, experimenting with the world of whisky. Twice a year we release new limited edition whiskies from our two collections - the Classic Whisky and Modern Experiment. Our range is an experimental range, combining a mix of whiskies that unlock interesting flavour profiles.

How many bottles of each whisky are produced? +

Each whisky we make is produced in a small batch of around 1500-2000 bottles. You can find the exact number on each product page.

How often are new products released? +

We aim to release new products twice a year. However, to ensure we get the taste and quality just right, we can’t always stick to a particular timeline! Sign up to our newsletter here to be the first to know about our new releases.

How old are the whiskies in the The Whisky Works range? +

This varies by each individual release. Our aged statements are clearly stated in the product description and on the bottle. Our portfolio features premium whiskies aged from anywhere between 3 years to 30 years, and this information is indicated on the bottle.

Where can I buy The Whisky Works? +

At the moment, we only ship to the UK via our website and The Whisky Works bottles are only available in selected UK specialist stores. 

Which countries do you deliver to? +

At the moment we are only able to deliver to UK addresses.

How quickly will my delivery arrive? +

We use DHL Express to ship all orders, so your delivery should be with you in 2-3 working days after dispatch. 

Can I order this as a gift? +

Yes of course! Request this at checkout and we'll simply leave the invoice out of the parcel.

What is your returns policy? +

If, upon delivery of your order, you change your mind and wish to return all or part of your order for any reason, you may do so within 14 working days of delivery. Any bottles must be unopened and you will be responsible for paying the return postage and packaging (using adequate packaging). We will refund your payment card with an amount equivalent to the returned goods within 30 days.

If, upon delivery of your order, the goods are damaged or incorrect, please click here to contact us. Note that you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the damaged goods. Please provide as much information as possible including your order number and details of any damage, including photographs. We will arrange for your order to be returned at our cost and we will do our best to provide a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full cost of the item only.
